Customer Support Specialist - Tel Aviv office

Customer Support Specialists, interface directly with customers online and act as the voice of Gay-ville.com, providing informative updates, answering questions, and solving problems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to customer concerns and inquiries via email, phone and social media
  • Obtain and evaluate relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints; respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Proactively identify customer preferences that can be used to make improvements on site or other areas of the company. Recognize, document and report on trends in customer inquires
  • Deliver the Gay-ville brand effectively to the customer at all times
  • Work from the office and from home

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

  • Some experience of online customer service, either face-to-face or remotely, a significant advantage
  • Experience working in a startup environment a bonus
  • Exceptional writing skills with a great attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and conversational skills
  • Customer centric focus with a passion for solving problems and completing a job effectively under pressure

Social Media Marketing Associate (Part Time)

Gay-ville is seeking an intern to assist with digital marketing and social media initiatives.

Candidates will help the marketing team in our office with the planning, preparation, and execution of various digital marketing campaigns. The majority of the work will be done online within social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Google+, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

  • Good level of English: reading and writing
  • Previous experience in a social media, marketing, or sales role preferred
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Power Point
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, parallel responsibilities within a deadline environment
  • Strong communications skills, both oral and written

Online Marketing Associate

Gay-ville's Online Marketing team is dedicated to connecting gay-friendly travelers and hosts together through world-class acquisition and retention efforts. The Online Marketing team strives to approach demand and supply acquisition in innovative and surprising ways.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Help build, optimize, and track display marketing campaigns across a diverse range of initiatives (e.g., revenue generation, user signups, and strategic investment)
  • Create and execute retargeting/remarketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with online marketing, design and international teams to build, refine, and test marketing assets for Gay-ville globally
  • Collaborate with our world-class Analytics team to effectively track performance via multi-channel attribution analysis
  • Contribute to the "brain trust" of innovation across all online marketing channels, including search, display, social and affiliate/partner marketing

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

  • 3-7 years of online marketing experience on large ad platforms (Google, Bing, Facebook, etc.)
  • Experience with ad-servers and DSPs preferred
  • Highly proficient in Excel (pivot tables, graphs, formulas, etc.)
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
